If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 1450 support team immediately so that protective action can be taken.

4. Platform Usage Rules

Rules may vary by game category, and any disputes regarding game outcomes will be resolved based on 1450's system records, which are considered final.
1450 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's access to any part of the platform at any time if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms. In the event of system maintenance or technical disruption, 1450 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of temporary service unavailability. All game and betting outcomes settled by the system are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of clearly demonstrable technical error. If you suspect an error in the settlement of a bet, you must contact the 1450 support team within 24 hours of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.

6. Liability Limits & Account Policy

1450 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform. In any event, 1450's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

In cases of legitimate account closure — such as a user's own request or age verification — any remaining credit balance will be refunded once the review process is complete. Any bonuses or rewards with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the 1450 support team through the available official channels. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days, and you will receive confirmation via your registered email address.
